Jack Fisher
Founder & CEO | Head of Pitching Development
Jack Fisher brings professional baseball experience and an accomplished collegiate career to his role as Pitching Coach. A Yorkville, Illinois native, Fisher played at Aurora University from 2021–2024, where he earned three All-Conference selections, was named the 2023 Region VIII Pitcher of the Year, and named a Third-Team All-American.
Fisher finished his Aurora career as the program's all-time leader in career strikeouts with 269. Following college, he continues his playing career professionally with the Aigles de Trois-Rivières.
As the Head of Pitching Development, Fisher focuses on developing strong mechanics, command, pitch execution, confidence, and the competitive mindset needed to succeed on the mound.
Skyler Yamamoto
Director of Strength & Performance
Skyler Yamamoto brings collegiate baseball experience and a strong background in strength and conditioning to his role as Lead Strength Coach. A former collegiate pitcher at Aurora University, Yamamoto competed from 2018–2022, finishing his career with an 11–2 record, four saves, and a 4.05 ERA. He was also part of Aurora's 2022 NCAA Division III postseason team.
Yamamoto holds a background in Exercise Science and Physiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has worked with athletes at both the collegiate and high school levels, including experience with Hawaii Pacific University's baseball program and Kamehameha Schools.
As Lead Strength Coach, Yamamoto focuses on helping athletes build strength, explosiveness, durability, and confidence while preparing their bodies for the physical demands of baseball.
